Constitutional Doctrine

Although superseded by treaty, there is a campaign to "restore" a strict interpretation of "the organic Constitution of the united States of America."
To know what this interpretation is based on, one must know the original intent of the law set forward in the document. In order to do so, one may reference a dictionary of that generation, accessible for this purpose using the 1828 edition of the Webster's Dictionary [webstersdictionary1828.com].
This interpretation enshrines "States Rights" to administer the welfare and status of citizens, including the establishment of "Jim Crow" laws.
